Onboard a New Next Call Club Customer

Please complete the form to onboard a new client as a branch using the Next Call Club template. Look out for a confirmation email from either billing@setshape.com or support@setshape.com once the branch has been added. The primary account user created for the branch will receive an automated email from Shape containing their username and temporary password. For adding more users, please download the user request template and submit it on the "Team Details" step.

Just a friendly heads-up: registering for 10DLC with phone carriers is essential if you plan to use text messaging. Don't worry, we'll handle the heavy lifting for you! Keep in mind that getting carrier approval for 10DLC can take around 6-8 weeks, so it's important to start right away. Without it, your communication options will be limited to calls and emails only.
